1. Service Overview

By scheduling a service or subscribing to a lawn care plan with Livin’ the Green Lawn Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We provide residential and commercial lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal cleanup, based on your selected service plan.

2. Billing & Payments

  • Subscription Billing:
    Monthly plans are billed automatically on the same day each month through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

    Yearly plans are billed automatically on the same day each year through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

  • Single Services:
    One-time services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Late Payments:
    If your payment fails, you’ll receive a notice. Services may be paused until the account is brought current.

  • Refunds for Unfulfilled Services:
    If you have an active monthly or yearly subscription and Livin’ the Green Lawn Care fails to complete one or more scheduled mowing services—excluding delays due to weather, lack of property access, or client-requested changes—you will be entitled to a prorated refund or service credit for the unfulfilled portion of your plan. Refunds or credits apply only when service failure is directly attributable to Livin’ the Green Lawn Care.

Scheduling & Access

  • We operate Monday–Saturday during daylight hours.

  • You are responsible for ensuring unlocked gates, pet control, and clear access to lawn areas on scheduled service days.

  • If we cannot access the property, we reserve the right to charge for a missed visit.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand things come up, but to maintain consistent and fair scheduling, we follow a strict cancellation policy:

One-Time Appointments:

  • Require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions:

  • To cancel your subscription and avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must request cancellation at least 7 days before your next billing date.

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

5. Weather Delays

We do not operate during unsafe weather conditions. In case of rain or storms, we will reschedule your service as soon as conditions allow. You will not be charged extra for weather-related rescheduling.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Livin’ the Green Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to property that is not clearly marked, disclosed, or visible at the time of service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sprinkler heads or irrigation lines

  • Outdoor lighting, decorations, or wiring

  • Pet toys, lawn furniture, or personal items left in the yard

  • Underground utilities, cable lines, or invisible fencing

Clients are responsible for ensuring all hazards are removed or clearly marked prior to service. By scheduling with us, you agree to hold Livin’ the Green Lawn Care harmless from any claims or damages unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Fertilizer & Lawn Treatments

Livin’ the Green Lawn Care offers optional fertilizer, weed killer, and lawn treatment services as part of our seasonal maintenance plans or as standalone services.

By scheduling any fertilizer, weed killer, or chemical treatment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Safety Notice: You are responsible for keeping pets and children off treated areas for at least 24–48 hours or as directed on treatment labels or in our aftercare instructions. https://www.livinthegreenlawncare.com/after-care-instructions

Treatment Timing: Fertilizer and weed control products are applied based on seasonal timing and weather conditions. We may adjust application dates to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Results Disclaimer: While we use high-quality products, we cannot guarantee specific results due to factors like soil condition, weather, watering habits, or lawn use.

Liability: We are not responsible for damage to lawns caused by overwatering, drought, misuse of other lawn products, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Sensitive Areas or Allergies: If you have any sensitivities or restrictions regarding chemical or weed killer treatments, please notify us prior to service.

8. SMS, Call & Email Communication

By providing your phone number and/or email address when scheduling a service or subscribing to a plan, you consent to receive service-related communications from Livin’ the Green Lawn Care, including:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates or schedule changes

  • Invoices and payment notices

  • Occasional promotional offers or discounts

SMS Consent:

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Livin’ the Green Lawn Care at the number you provided. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

Call Consent:

You may also receive occasional phone calls for customer service, scheduling coordination, or urgent service matters. We will not use autodialers or robocalls without explicit written consent.

Email Communication:

You agree to receive emails related to your service, including reminders, receipts, seasonal tips, and special offers. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link provided in the message.

We do not share your opt-in data or contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your privacy is important to us, and all communications comply with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Photo Consent for Marketing

By scheduling a service with Livin’ the Green Lawn Care, you acknowledge and agree that we may take before and after photos of your lawn or landscape for quality assurance and documentation purposes.

Marketing Use:
With either verbal or written consent, you authorize Livin’ the Green Lawn Care to use these photos—without identifying personal information—for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website galleries

  • Social media posts

  • Online or print advertisements

  • Promotional materials

We will never include your address, name, or any identifying details in any marketing use unless explicitly approved by you.

You may opt out of photo use for marketing at any time by notifying us in writing.
